You're bailing hay. A bracket breaks . . . and you're stuck in the field. Time to try to get a professional weldor with mobile equipment to come out?
Not if you have a ZENA PTO drive mobile welder.
Attach the PTO welder to your tractor's 3 point hitch and hookup the drive shaft. Drive to the work site. Open the PTO drive welder's built-in toolbox. Take out your welding helmet. Pull out the welding/control cables and a couple of welding rods. Connect the electronic control system to the battery. Start the tractor. Set it to run at PTO speed. Start welding. Fix the bracket.

Fast. Easy. Convenient.

The new self-contained PTO drive version of the

ZENA mobile welding system

can be attached to any tractor equipped with a three-point hitch and a standard 540 rpm, 6-spline, 1-3/8" shaft PTO (adapters for other PTO shafts are available). Once attached, your tractor becomes a mobile welding station with performance and operating features that equal or exceed heavy and expensive transportable engine-driven industrial welders.

That's not all, by incorporating switching and voltage regulating accessories you can also have an electrically isolated, fully regulated, high amp. quick battery charging system!

150 amp, 200 amp, 300 amp, and 400 amp. versions (all 100% duty cycle) are available. (The 150 amp. model produces more than enough welding power for on-farm equipment repairs and for more than 90% of commercial welding repair jobs.)

Exterior dimensions (16" W x 24" D x 29" H) are identical for all models. Only maximum welding current, size of welding cables, and shipping weight differ from model to model. For example, the 150 amp. models weighs approximately 120 lbs.Picture of ZENA PTO drive welder mounted on 3-point hitch

The 150 and 200 amp. models can also be equipped with a third party AC power generator, and to make big jobs go faster, multiple operator models which allow two weldors to work independently from a single PTO drive welder are also available.

Built to Last . . . and to Store Outdoors

  • Built to meet or exceed military and underground mining equipment specifications
  • Lightweight, corrosion resistant, welded aluminum chassis
  • Exterior covered with a thick vinyl skin
  • Includes a large (almost 2 cu. ft.) built-in toolbox to store and protect your welding cables, welding helmet, welding rods, chipping hammer, clamps, and tools
  • Cast iron 40hp PTO gearbox to provide years and years of daily service

Unique Solid State Control System

Common to all ZENA welders is out unique (patent pending) solid-state control system which allows the operator to control welding power from controls built into our electrode holder.

Welding Cables Included

High quality 20 foot long welding cables are standard equipment on all models, and longer length cables (from 30 to 200 feet) are available on a custom order basis. REMEMBER that we also have 150 and 200 amp. hydraulically driven welders which are also ideally suited for use with farm equipment/tractors. ZENA mobile welding equipment is manufactured in the USA by ZENA, Incorporated . All models are sold with a 36 month limited warranty with no restrictions on commercial use.

Buy manufacturer direct without risk. All direct sales feature a 60-day money back guarantee.
